Hydraulic 4 Rollers Bending Machine
Structure
The main machine frame meets standards and legislation Security (protection man/machine), such as PPRPS, EU CE, NT-16 and NR-12, NR-13. From a design standard (ABNT, ISO, IEC, CE) features robust, next-generation automation;
Hydraulic System:
Uses a variable flow piston pump – offers high-pressure resistance, high velocity, durability, and low noise. The hydraulic motor is specially designed for the rolling machines, the motor uses less power, has high ascending and descending speed, and increased efficiency.
Adopt an integrated hydraulic control system, which is more reliable and easy to maintain. The hydraulic system is from YUKUN -Japan.
Overload overflow protection is outfitted to the hydraulic system, which can assure no leakage, and the oil level can be read or seen directly.
The hydraulic system is made in compliance with current regulations (Directive 98/37 EC).
Electrical system & the safety:
Electrical Cabinet under the standard of IP65, Electrical under international CE Standard, safe and reliable, strong anti-interference capability.
Protective fence and the safety interlock to ensure the operation safety. Have a movable single-hand pedal switch, easy to operate.
Front Side Covers with safety switches, backlight safety guards (Category-4), Foot pedal conforming to CE regulation.
End pre-bending of the high precision
High accurate end pre-bending when bending the end, it can freely set the length of the edge. Top roller presses down and high accurate end pre-bending is done at a certain pressure.
Rich bending shapes:
There are such different shapes as O shape, U shape, and multi-section shape. The method is as follows:
O bending: Back bending mode.
U bending: Front bending mode
Special bending: Cone type.
